This evening's launch of a Delta IV-Heavy ELV from Cape Canaveral Air Station has been delayed until early Wednesday evening.Tonight's planned launch was just scrubbed minutes ago by Cape officials due to possible weather concerns. Liftoff had been planned for 7:49 pm EST tonight.
